OUR PLEDGE TO OUR CLIENTS

We promise to do our best to provide high quality haircuts by kid-friendly, talented stylists.  As we grow, we will continue to stay on the “cutting edge” of children’s hairstyling and will not sacrifice our quality or compromise our standards.

At KidSnips you can always count on an exciting, wholesome and clean environment for your family.

If for any reason you are not pleased with your haircut or service, please let us know and we will redo the haircut at no charge within 10 days.

Our goal is to ensure that each client, large or small, leaves happy!

 

LATENESS AND CANCELLATIONS

*COVID-19 cancellation policy update*

With longer appointment times per client and not being able to take walk ins, when you don’t show up for an appointment without calling to let us know, it is really hard for everyone involved -our stylists as well as other clients who aren’t able to get in for an appointment.
 
So, we’re sorry but, if you don’t call us ahead of time and let us know that you’re going to be a no-show, we will no longer be able to accept an appointment from you. These are difficult times and we all have to be respectful of each other and work together to make this all work.

TOY RETURNS

We are happy to refund toys and novelty items within 30 days of the sale if they are in resalable condition and have a KidSnips price sticker or receipt. Hair accessory products are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

 

PROFESSIONAL HAIR PRODUCT RETURNS

If you find you are unhappy with a purchase for a professional hair product, please return it within 30 days after the sale date and we will be happy to offer an exchange. Refunds will be given for unopened, unused hair products only.
